Shipping & Payment Method

  1. We only take orders online.

  2. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express

  3. We ship by UPS only

  4. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes

We understand that there are inherent risks in ordering items online. Risks such as actual colors that may differ from your computer display, fit might not be as what you have envisioned, or any other expectations that may arise from not being able to actually feel the product.


Return Policy

  • We accept returns that were originally purchased at www.LITBoutique.com.

  • The merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.

  • No return or exchange on Final Sale items


Returns

For return request made within 14 days from date received, return method will be up to the consumer we recommend using UPS, they have proven to be the best service for our area. NOTE we take NO responsibility for the service provided by UPS.


Refunds

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credit, and 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We can only refund the original credit card used on the order.

This and other policy on this page is not negotiable. Please do not put our staff in the difficult position of making an exception. We value all of our customers and strive to treat each and everyone of you in the same consistent manner. We do not offer preferential treatment to any customer for any reason, because that would not be fair to everyone else.
