About the Position:
LIT Boutique is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and retail-savvy individual to join our team! Currently we have part-time stylist positions open at all three of our Boston locations. Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist all clients while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
Assist in optimizing and meeting sales goals
Ability to organize and prioritize
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Key Qualifications:
1+ years of retail experience or customer service
Genuine passion for customer service and the product we sell
Clear understanding of current and past fashion trends and styles
Exceptional communication skills
Team player
Weekend availability is a must
